The Circle is led by Sumu Sathi MSW— actor, social worker, psychotherapist, TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, and award-winning social advocate promoting equity and inclusion across media, business, and mental health spaces.
Sumu brings a unique blend of:

- 🧠 Trauma-informed leadership
- 🌍 Systems awareness & advocacy
- 💼 Entrepreneurial lived experience
She understands the internal and external barriers that women of colour face — because she has navigated them herself.
This Circle is an extension of her work through The Visible Woman — helping women move from invisibility to embodied leadership.
